My husband and I went to the St. Marys area looking for property to build our future retirement home. We live in New Jersey and we chose Brenda from the website, not knowing much about her. She went above and beyond; spending 2 full days with us researching the area. We could not have been happier. We definitely chose the right person for the job. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Took the parameters we gave her and showed us some great spots. We did end up finally, after some negotiation, purchasing a lot in Osprey Cove! Although we won't be building for some time, we are excited for the future and have made a friend for life! Anyone looking in the area definitely needs to use Brenda as their realtor! She's the BEST!
