When I decided to sell my home and downsize, there was only one person I wanted to handle this sale for me and that was Brenda Miller. Although I had never met her, her impeccable reputation preceded her. I am a 74 year old widow with no immediate family in the area, and I needed someone I could trust. Brenda never let me down. From agreeing on a value for the house, divesting of items that were no longer needed, making minor repairs and preparing the house for showings, she was there to provide guidance I required.
My house sold in 4 days at $1,000 over asking price. And now, after having settlement and moving into a smaller, comfortable new place to call home, Brenda is still there for me. She is amazing, and I am proud to call her a Friend.
