Before her real estate career, Brenda was the owner of a successful children’s clothing design/manufacturing/retail business in Lenexa and taught fashion design at JCCC. As a business owner, she learned the value of negotiation in all aspects of her business, and as an employer of fifty-five people, she knew to be organized, efficient and meticulous. These attributes have been an asset to Brenda’s clients as she represents buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She has been an on-site agent for new construction since the onset of her real estate career in 2006, gaining important knowledge to impart to her clients who desire new homes, and she loves assisting buyers at every step of the home-building process from plans to completion.
