About Brendan

I visited the Mount Washington valley when he was 14 to hike the presidential range and fell in love with the rural beauty and sense of adventure. In 2002, I established roots in the region and continued to embrace all that Northern NH had to offer. A career with Badger Peabody & Smith Realty (formerly Badger Realty) offered me the ability to explore the region, meet amazing individuals and to help others achieve their goals. My adventures continue with my wife Lauren, three children, and a gaggle of pets. Actively looking for opportunities to climb, bike, paddle, hike, horseback ride and ski across New England with friends, family and clients allowed me to continue to share the region I loved with so many. Having achieved the rank of Eagle Scout as well as canoeing the length of the Mississippi River in 93 days, I tend to go after his goals at full speed. I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Forest Management which allows me to better understand the land around us every day. As a Realtor, I can offer the information and guidance you need to make educated decisions in the ups and downs of our real estate markets.
