Brendan moved to Asheville from Philadelphia 14 years ago to help run his family’s business and never looked back. After working in his family business, he and his wife branched out and opened a local restaurant/bar called Creekside Taphouse in East Asheville, which they subsequently sold after 6 years. With a break from the grind of the restaurant world, Brendan was able to focus solely on his true passion- real estate.
