Brent grew up in a small, hardworking town of 6,000 residents in Canada just north of the bustling city of Toronto. At the early age of nine, he was taught what challenging work and entrepreneurship were all about as he collaborated with his father on the weekends in their auction business. He continued to build his strong work ethic as he worked several summers as a carpenter and home renovator with his grandfather: a man of superior construction skill and craftsmanship. Since that time, he recently completed a full renovation of his 1920 Dutch Colonial home. When it comes to construction and DIY projects, he is a solid source of information in terms of investment return vs. renovation costs. He has the knowledge to pinpoint a great investment property for real estate investors and homebuyers alike. Because of his broad knowledge and experience, he can work in every aspect of real estate representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks.

Brent is a family person with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, two children, and many dogs. A decorated college athlete, he was a two-time All-American in soccer and still holds scoring records some 20 years later. He was also named Mr. Rochester College in the mid-nineties and recognized as the top campus leader that year. Year after year he has won awards for both athletics and leadership, but his motivation has never been about awards, it has always been about training to be the best and collaborating with a team to achieve the highest possible results. He continually challenges himself to be a well-educated, well-rounded man in every aspect of life; especially in real estate marketing, investing, and sales success. Brent has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best: Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, and others. The motivation and training he receives from these great leaders fuels his actions each day. Brent uses his intelligence and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.
