Our Company's History:

In 2022 our 50-Year-Old family company, Real Living Bobby Drude and Associates merged with another family company to become Coldwell Banker TEC. We are the 7th location for CBTEC and are located at 42299 Perricone Drive, Hammond, LA 70403. We have 4 locations on the South Shore and 3 on the North Shore. Our Main office is at the entrance to Beau Chene in Mandeville. Bobby Drude and Associates was established in 1971 in the back of Drude's Hardware in Ponchatoula by my father.

About Me:

I have been licensed and full time Realtor since 1983. In 1993, I became the Associate Broker at our Firm, and in 2002 my Father Retired, and I became the Owner/Broker of Real Living Bobby Drude and Associates. I am experienced with Relocation, Foreclosure Properties, and working with Buyers & Sellers. I specialize in helping sellers prepare their home to sell it and helping Buyers find the perfect financing for their new HOME. I am the HomePath.com Broker for Tangipahoa, St Tammany, and Washington Parishes. I have listed, repaired, remodeled, and Sold REO's for Banks for over 20 Years.
