Working with Brent was so wonderful. He's friendly, funny, relatable, and always professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and make recommendations that were highly valuable. He was always quick to respond and make himself available to schedule showings with us, sometimes traveling far during the evenings so we could see multiple houses back to back. At one point, we made an offer on a house that had a deadline for submission and Brent went above and beyond to make sure we could get it in on time. He is dedicated to honesty and transparency, and seeing houses with him was always so much fun. We will use him as our realtor long-term as we consider future investment properties. I will recommend him to everyone I encounter who is buying a home.

Brent Hawkins made purchasing our first home seamless. We unfortunately had a few issues with the previous homeowners who were selling our home, but Brent stayed on top of them every step of the way. We are located in Annapolis and Brent's home base is Frederick, which for those of you who do not know, the distance between us is at least an hour. It did not matter what day it was, if we saw a new listing online that we were interested in, Brent would offer to drive down that same day for us to go see it! He worked around the clock to make sure we found the perfect home. We look forward to the day that we are in the market to expand and have Brent help us once again!
