Born and raised in Lewes, Delaware, Brent is a true local with a unique perspective on the coastal Delaware real estate market. Brent graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Finance. At Delaware, Brent was a 4-year member of the Division 1 football team where he earned the Newark Elks Club Scholar Athlete Award.
After graduating, Brent chose to pursue a career in real estate development and continues to grow the company that he and his father founded, Reed Ventures. In addition to real estate development, Brent attained his real estate license and quickly grew a passion for the business and helping guide clients through life changing transactions! Brent’s background in real estate development and construction gives him unique skillset to offer his clients. Brent has played an integral part in various ground up builds of multimillion dollar luxury homes. This experience plays a major role in his ability to market and sell these types of homes.
Today, Brent is one of the top real estate agents in Delaware, doing over $18.3 million in sales within his first 6 quarters as an agent. Brent was the recipient of the Fastest Growing Agent Award for the first half of 2021 by Homesnap. When Brent isn’t working, he enjoys fishing, boating, surfing, and enjoying everything that beautiful coastal Delaware has to offer!
