Knowing we wanted a house at the river, but knowing little about the area, Brent took the time to educate us about each and every town we looked in. He knew details like water level, nearby marinas, & things to do. He allowed us to hone in on what would be the best fit for my husband and two young kiddos. My commercial building had been advertised for sale by other realtors with NO results and very little to no communication. I placed the listing with Brent Samuel. My building had much more visibility right away. Brent had several different kinds of offers and he helped with the pros and cons of each offer. I did not obtain my own real estate agent and I know that's not always best. But Brent made the process very smooth and fought for me to stay in the house I had been renting for 5 years. The sellers agreed with him and now I'm happy in my forever home thanks to Brent, he was like family easy to talk to and answered all my silly questions being a 1st time home buyer. I will definitely be referring him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home.
