Brenton is the best this was my wife’s first house purchase. He handled everything from start to finish. He was able to help get financing and he helped find us our dream home and we closed in 30 days. Yes he is my son but I highly recommend him I know he works that hard for all his Clients not just his father

Brenton started to work with us right at the height of the market bidding wars. We we’re looking for a dated home that we could build sweat equity. Unfortunately, we found out that most people were willing to pay thousands over asking for dated homes. Our unique position didn’t seem to discourage Brenton. He wrote offer after offer. Booked us showing after showing. We spent plenty of time on the phone. He got to know exactly what I was looking for. Brenton is a real go getter. Anytime I had a property of interest, one call to Brenton and he’d say, “what’s the address?” From there I’d hear him typing in real time. He is on point. Eventually, Brenton started to bring me off market deals. He brought a solid brick rancher to the table. Owners starting over in Texas. Solid but plenty of room for sweat equity. I couldn’t believe when the owners excepted our offer of 175k. My confidence in the deal was solidified when my appraisal for the mortgage company came back requesting no repairs with an appraisal value of 234k. Brenton’s patience allowed us to make a deal that landed an instant 60k in equity. The only thing I can say is thank you Brenton! My advice, if you have an agent who doesn’t answer your calls, always seems to be at the gym, call Brenton he’s at his keyboard waiting to pick up their slack!!!
