Bret Frk

Bret has over 18 years of experience in the real estate and development industry. He attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a degree in Urban Design and Planning. Before joining the team, he spent eight years as an urban designer and land planner focusing on new communities and infill development. He then turned his focus to land conservation and management, assisting with the preservation of over 45,000 acres of undeveloped land in the Western North Carolina Mountains and Foothills. Bret is well-loved by the buyers because he has a relaxed, no-pressure personality. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, fly fishing, and traveling. He has lived and owns homes in the River Arts District, West Asheville, and Haw Creek.
