My and husband and I needed to relocate quickly from Dayton, OH to Lexington, KY. We were not at all familiar with the Lexington area so didn’t even know where to begin looking for housing. To complicate matters further, my husband and I were in two different states during the whole relocation process. We found Bret Hansen of Four Seasons Realty on-line and contacted him. In short order, Bret had several homes that suited our needs lined up for us to see. He was very attentive when we told him what we needed in a house, and made sure to show us only homes that would suit these needs. He was very knowledgeable about the area. In addition, he was extremely personable and went above and beyond the call of duty time and time again for us. He accommodated our rather inflexible schedules insofar as meeting times, and made himself available to us whenever we could be in town. He was able to find us a wonderful home to rent in a short period of time and I am happy to report that as of 1-1-14, we are in our new home. Bret did a wonderful job for us, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody relocating to the Lexington area.
