Bret is a thorough professional and the most knowledgeable real estate person I've met. My daughters, both in their 30s, worked with Bret as a listing agent and as a buyer's representative. He was completely forthcoming about the pros AND cons of each home in which they showed an interest. At their ages they had the dangerous combination of limited knowledge and an abundance of enthusiasm. They could have easily been led astray by an agent looking for a quick sale. Working with Bret was like adding another Dad to the equation! I would 100% advise any buyer or seller to contact Bret.
