Brett Baughman

My life all started in Wilmington, NC. I grew up a military brat, but after every duty station we went to, we were always stationed back to Jacksonville, NC. When I turned 18, I moved to Pink Hill, NC with my now husband. We had my daughter in 2017 and then my son in 2019 and decided to move back to Onslow County and plant our roots right back in, wouldn’t you know it, Jacksonville! I love the sense of community this town has and being 25 minutes from the beach is a perk!

Before I started my Real Estate Career, I worked as an Assistant Property Management for 7 years, but worked in an office surrounded by seasoned REALTORS. I am excited to have joined HomeSmart Connections where I have access to the latest technology and an extensive wealth of resources, in addition to a growing database of international buyers, sellers, and investors to further assist my clients.

What sets me apart from other agents is that I put my clients first and myself last. This is a fundamental difference from most agents. I do not consider myself the “high-pressure” salesperson that many agents are in today’s market. Instead, I seek to educate, coach, and help my clients reach their goals.

I was a renter for 3 years before I became a homeowner myself in 2022 so I understand that each client is different, each situation is unique. This is why I take the time upfront to fully understand how I can best assist each and every person I work with. I look forward to working with you and helping you plant your roots too!
