Brett DePrince

As a Rehoboth Beach native, Brett has the benefit and opportunities of spending his childhood in the quiet town of Rehoboth just a few short blocks from downtown and the beach. While growing up here he has become very familiar with the local and surrounding areas, and he has seen just how much has changed over the years. While his time growing up was spent between South Jersey during the school year and the Delaware Beaches every summer, he always felt more at home here. After spending the last 8 years in Pennsylvania where he worked as a Site Coordinator at the Chester Community Charter School and attended Widener University for his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, he decided to move back home in August 2016 with the hopes of transitioning his career and starting something new. When he is not in the office, you'll find him relaxing with my dogs, or at a great restaurant enjoying amazing food and beverages. Sometimes he may even be seen driving around the area as your local Uber or Lyft Driver! While he is new to working in Real Estate he is always up for a new challenge and he would be happy to help you buy your next dream home, sell your current home, or rent your next adventure getaway. Brett has always loved spending his time with friends and family down at the beach and he hopes to help others make those same happy memories and feel that same excitement.
