Brian and Jamie have helped me tremendously throughout my time purchasing a home! They always answer right away to calls, texts, and emails. They even went out of their way to update and guide me if I started slowing down or was a little behind during the process. Other companies I dealt with would just wait for me to make the next move, but not these guys! They got to know and understand me on a personal level to cater to my tastes specifically, along with explaining things in a manner that I would understand. They took time out of their personal lives as well to get me the quickest results possible whenever it applied to my situation. Whether it be new houses that popped up, new information pertaining to the houses, or helping me do paperwork. They always seemed to be right there next to me throughout the entire process. I cannot express enough how much Brian and Jamie simplied the entire process and helped me become a new home owner in a quick and timely manner. These are definitely the people you want by your side!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and my experience working with him. I am a first-time homebuyer, and I will admit the entire prospect seemed very daunting and terrifying to me because I did not know what I did not know. I was nervous about making a mistake, but I didn't need to be. Brian was there every step of the way, explaining the process, answering questions, and offering advice to me. He gave me honest feedback on every space we saw so that I could make informed decisions on how I wanted to proceed.

Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and responsive (and very patient with my ever-evolving tastes on what I wanted to see!), but he truly went to bat for me to get my dream condo. During the negotiation process, he worked to get me the best deal on my new home. I was very stressed in the moment, but I knew that Brian would get it taken care of for me. Following the acceptance of my offer, I had a unique situation that Brian helped me through as well. Then, once I was finally able to take possession, he was there with me.

Since moving in, Brian has checked in on me to make sure that everything is going well in my new home. He is the definition of a true professional, and I am so grateful for all of his help and expertise. Thank you, Brian, for all of your support and for getting me into a space that I absolutely love!

We worked with Jamie and Brian Harris on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. Through the whole process, they were exceptional. They handled so many things for us, thought ahead of what would be needed to ensure smooth transactions, and were super responsive. Our experience overall was amazing. I don't believe that we would have had the winning bid on our new house if we had been working with different agents. Our bid was not the highest bid, but Jamie and Brian sold themselves and us to the sellers as the most likely to close smoothly and they accepted our offer. Thank you, Jamie and Brian!

Brian took incredible care of us from start to finish, and constantly showed his wealth of knowledge about the Denver real estate market. By guiding us through the difficult market, and following up with us regularly, we always felt up to date on market trends and similar properties so we could make informed decisions. Additionally, we had the unfortunate circumstance of the buyer terminating the offer after inspection. However, Brian truly went above and beyond and continued to talk with the Buyer's agent that day and the next, which brought the buyer back to the table. Brian was able to revive the deal and take it to closing, which we have never seen before. Without a doubt he is a one-in-a-million agent!

Brain and Jamie are outstanding agents - polished, professional, honest and detailed oriented. We have worked with many agents over the past few years and Jamie and Brian's responsiveness and attention to detail (researching history of our house, communicating with the city and county, reviewing title, finding vendors (even last minute) and vetting buyers) are unparalleled.
