Brian Beachum and Megan Meadows

Brian Beachum and Megan Meadows, the team of Pier View Properties, make up part of the family owned and operated business. Both Norwood natives that bring their enthusiasm and love for Lake Tillery to the world of real estate! Brian and Megan live on the lake and for years owned and operated the only waterski/ wakeboard pro shop on Lake Tillery.

For the past 15+ years Brian has successfully sold numerous homes of all sizes and price ranges on Lake Tillery. In addition to being a top real estate professional for Lake Tillery Brian is a licensed general contractor. With over 25 years of construction knowledge and many homes built under his belt. That experience paired with real estate helps to ensure the best quality and knowledge of the homes available on Lake Tillery.

The other half of the team, Megan, brings 7+ years experience to the table! She too has successfully sold numerous homes in all price ranges on and off Lake Tillery. Having grown up around the two professions of real estate and construction she brings that knowledge as well as expertise of her own in interior design, color analysis and photography. Working within the construction side of Pier View Properties she has designed multiple homes.
