Brian spent time working with me and my family to ensure that the addition we were considering putting onto the back of our house would be a good idea financially. He provided us with a very detailed and in depth analysis of what our home should sell for now, and what it would sell for with the addition. Brian's expertise was extremely helpful in determining just how much to put into this addition. He then helped us find contractors that we can trust as well as an architect. Based on this guidance, I would be thrilled to introduce my friends and family to Brian if they also needed help with any real estate issues. Brian has already worked with a number of my clients to help them better understand their current situations and to buy and purchase real estate. I plan on working with Brian on all of my future real estate needs.

I would like to take a moment and say Brian did a great job working with us through our buying process. We started a short sale in January 2012 and we didn't close till August 2012 due to all the red tape we had to get through. Brain kept us on track and stayed very positive through out the entire process. I would recommended him for any type of sale out there. He is very knowledgeable about all the different processes and is very quick to respond to questions that come with buying your first home. We feel that we chose the best agent out there for our area.
