As a lifelong Indianapolis resident, Brian Black is proud of his city and the surrounding suburbs. Brian graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management Technology and Engineering, with additional specializations in Mechanical and Electrical construction. Following graduation, he worked as a Project Engineer with a local construction engineering firm, using his training to complete multiple high-profile water treatment projects. While earning his degree, Brian worked in custom residential construction, learning what to look for in a trouble-free, well-constructed home. So why is this important to you as a buyer or seller?
