Brian moved to Durango 33 years ago and has made it his forever home. He grew up in a Real Estate family in Fairfield, CT, and has been around the business his whole life, sometimes even accompanying his mother to showings as a kid after school.
Growing up around the business has given Brian a unique perspective on what it takes to ensure his clients have the best real estate experience possible. Many of his clients have become lifelong friends, as he prioritizes loyalty and integrity, with an unwavering commitment to accomplishing their goals.

His easygoing attitude, along with his extensive knowledge of the area are a perfect combination when buying or selling a home. Before getting into real estate, Brian proudly served his community as a Firefighter/Medic for 12 years with Durango Fire and Rescue until an injury forced him to retire. He has been a local business owner and Ski Patroller at Purgatory Resort.
Brian and his wife live on a small ranch in Hesperus, just outside Durango. They are both outdoor enthusiasts and love to Ride their Mules, climb mountains, ski, and mountain bike. Brian is also an avid golfer and a Member of Dalton Ranch Golf Club.

Brian did a great job in helping us keep track of our new-build home in Three Springs. We were living in the Seattle area during construction and he kept us informed along the way and checked on the status on our behalf. Further, he was always available to answer our questions and helped us acclimate to the Durango area. I highly recommend Brian to help you get through the stressful time of buying a home.

Brian is an exceptionally good realtor. He did an amazing job helping us find our dream house, and is very easy to work with. He is honest, punctual, flexible with his time, and really cares about finding you exactly what you need/want. With each house we looked at, he would learn more about what we did, and didn't want, and continually found better and better options for us. He was also great at steering us away from houses that had issues or that didn't meet our core criteria, so our time with him was always well spent. I strongly recommend him.
