I am an attorney, and selling a house can be a really intimidating thing to do, even for someone like me. Should I give it a paint job before I put it on the market? Should I put on a new roof? Should I have it fumigated for termites? What other repairs or improvements should I do? Should I simply try to sell it “as is”? How much should I list it for? How much should I sell it for? So many questions. I didn’t know where to start. And then I met Brian Christie of Agents in Action, and it felt like all of this weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Brian is a young guy (well, young for me - I’m 62) who is full of energy and enthusiasm, and who really knows what he is doing. But most importantly, for me at least, he is someone that you can trust - someone who is honestly and sincerely concerned about your best interests - someone who will go above and beyond to do the best possible job for you. It gave me a real sense of security and piece of mind knowing that I had a guy like Brian behind me. He was extremely competent and professional. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He made recommendations about what we should do, and he took the time to explain why we should do it. I felt very confident and comfortable with every decision that we made together. The bottom line is that we came up with a very strategically placed listing price, which attracted a great deal of interest from multiple buyers, and we actually ended up selling the house for more than our original asking price. I was completely amazed at how smoothly and easily everything went. In the beginning I was dreading selling the house, but after working with Brian, it actually turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I simply cannot recommend him highly enough.

Brian is a compassionate, detail-oriented professional. He had a buyer and closed within 30 days of notice that i wished to sell. He also advised me years in advance of my transaction, and helped me to make a decision regarding when to sell to maximize my profits. Brian Christie was FABULOUS to work with. He knows the Culver City area very well! He helped get our condo ready for sale with the knowledge of good local contractors. He was able to coordinate time schedules for everyone. He is extremely efficient and answered all our questions very quickly! When we called him he either answered right away or called back very quickly. He knows the market and how to price your real estate. He has been in the area for a long time, so he is aware of what is currently happening. He kept as posted with every move along the way, which made the transaction very smooth and easy.
