About Brian

Brian’s entrance into Real Estate began in 2005. Learning and experiencing the nuances of the Real Estate business furthered his knowledge and served to gain important new skills: sales, negotiation, and relating to and understanding people. These are the most challenging and rewarding competencies one can master. His new career was barely underway when the worst recession in world history occurred during the years 2007 – 2009. Although a challenging time, he gained invaluable knowledge in REO / Bank owned properties, short sales, and how to work, persevere, and prosper through a downturned market.

In 2010, his family moved from San Francisco to Grand Junction, a place where his wife was born and raised. Over the years together they made frequent trips to visit family here, and his father-in-law always said: “This is God’s Country.” Quickly he realized this to be a true statement. Hiking, fishing, and traveling are among many of the activities they enjoy in their little haven called The Grand Valley.

He is committed to helping each of his Real Estate Clients achieve their desired results. His goal is to always ensure the process is as seamless and as stress-free as possible. His experience includes single family residences, and multi-family properties, lots & land, water rights, and mineral rights, understanding every aspect of Real Estate sales. He enjoys collaborating with all buyers, sellers, and investors. It is his desire to help each customer realize their end goal.
