Our family has worked with Brian Ferreira and his group as both buyers and sellers on multiple homes in the north Wilmington area. Brian is truly a partner and provides unparalleled advice and service to his clients. In addition to having great experiences with the sale and purchase of homes with Brian, he continues to go above and beyond to help us in our transition moving out-of-state even months AFTER our transactions were complete.

After accidentally shipping three rather cumbersome packages to our old address, Brian went out of his way to pick up the packages and deliver them to the post office with appropriate labels to send them us at our new address out-of-state. Long after our real estate transaction was complete, Brian is still working as a partner for the long haul. We really cannot recommend Brian and his team highly enough. Whether you are buying or selling, you cannot go wrong with Brian Ferreira!

As a realtor, Brian Ferreira is at the top in professionalism. He does so much more than just "sell" the property - in my case Brian exceeded all expectations. As the executor of my sister-in-law's estate, I was charged with selling her townhouse in Wilmington, DE. No small task given I reside in northeast Wisconsin and did not want to travel during Covid. Brian made all the arrangements for removing household items, cleaning inside, having the interior repainted, replacing old carpeting and the install of new vinyl flooring. On top of that he hired an electrician to update the electrical panel to meet local codes. That is SERVICE!

Brian was on top of things from the get-go and maintained contact with me every step of the way - always friendly, helpful and professional. And he sold the property within 3 days of market introduction... for 15% more than I anticipated the sell price would be. In my 40+ years of working with realtors, I have never experienced the level of service Brain provided. I was fortunate to have his expertise to help me manage the estate sale.

I would not have been able to find my dream home without Brian Ferreira. Personally, he is very amicable and humorous. With regards to scheduling, he is highly punctual and flexible. Most importantly however, Brian is very experienced and was keenly attentive to my concerns and preferences. He was able to answer all my questions, provide resources, and solve problems we experienced. For a process as daunting as home-buying, I fully recommend Brian Ferreira!
