Brian Groetsch and Christine Rothwell have one of Cape May's most successful Team in Real Estate. The Coastal Marketing Group was formed in 2008 and their production has steadily grown. Chris and Brian are career professional Real Estate Brokers specializing in Second Home & Investment Property as well as the preservation and marketing of distressed property for Lender and Asset Management Clients throughout Cape May & Atlantic Counties. They are NAR: Certified Residential Specialists, Graduates of the REALTOR Institute, Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representatives, Seniors Real Estate Specialists and e-PRO Certified. Both are very active members of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS; Both, Christine and Brian are Past Presidents and members of New Jersey Association of REALTORS Board of Directors.
