Thank You Brian. Thank you for being the most efficient and helpful realtor that we could have asked for. There were numerous projects that needed to be done before the house could be put on the market and you directed us to a number of contractors who completed the jobs in a timely fashion and with a great quality of workmanship. You had the pulse of the market when we were ready to sell. We did not overdo with staging. The starting price was much higher than I thought and a buyer came in, we got a contract. There were bumps on the buyers side but together we worked them out to everyone's satisfaction. Great job Brian. You have set a high bar.

If I could give more stars, I would. 100% recommend. Brian was with us every step for a home purchase, sale, and purchase again. Made sure all of my extensive questions were answered (even during family time) and exceeded all we could ask for. Brian is both professional AND personable. He's a human like the rest of us and goes every extra step he can to make sure your home purchase or sale goes smoothly. We are definitely not planning on moving anytime soon, so we recommend Brian to everyone we can.

Brian had a lot of patience and willing to meet up all the time to show a house. He always came prepared with comps and was always listening to what I had to say. He really helped even when I didn't think I was going to find a house that worked for me. We got the deal done though.
