Brian J. Coleman

Brian J. Coleman joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2011 and has been working in real estate since 2004. Brian holds a BA Degree from SUNY Oneonta in Music Industry, a field in which he has worked in for over 35 years.

Brian’s primary focus is industrial leasing and sales. Since joining Pyramid Brokerage, Brian has participated in transactions totaling more than 800,000 square feet with a leasing/sales volume in excess of $38 million. Additionally, Brian is also very active in retail and office leasing in the Hudson Valley region.

Some of Brian’s notable clients include Coca Cola Refreshments USA, Boston Beer/Angry Orchard, Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, TIAA Cref and WellCare.
