Prior to forming 9Yards Realty Group, Brian served as VP of Sales and Marketing for a Top 10 national builder in the Charlotte market. He recruited and led a team of 20+ including onsite community sales agents and assistants, marketing managers, and design consultants.

Brian brings extensive experience in residential real estate and new home sales and marketing. He has spent more than 15 years helping hundreds of home buyers achieve their dream of homeownership in some of the Charlotte area’s most popular communities. Brian’s understanding of all facets of the real estate industry — plans, contracts, new community planning, new construction, and more — provide the ideal background for helping buyers select the perfect new home and community.

Brian and his wife Heather spend their spare time traveling and hanging out with their daughters in Charleston and NYC. Brian is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, Canopy MLS, the Home Builders Association of Charlotte and is Licensed in NC and SC.
