Brian Lepine

Born and raised in Easthampton, Brian attended local schools and graduated from the University of Massachusetts. He owns Fitness Fusion Easthampton, a gym where he and his staff provide classes and personal training. As a local business owner, Brian has strong ties to the community and prides himself on the relationships he has built since purchasing the business in 2015. He enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers as Race Director for the “Give em the Bird 5k”, which raises money annually for the Easthampton Community Center.

Brian’s passion for real estate began when he purchased his first investment property. Since then, he has been actively buying and selling and thoroughly enjoys the process. Brian hopes to share his excitement for real estate with his clients.

Honesty and integrity are at the forefront of Brian’s approach. With a true passion for helping others, he is always willing to go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done right. Whether at the gym or helping people with real estate, Brian has a natural ability to connect with others and make them feel confident and understood.

Brian currently resides in West Springfield with his fiancé Ashley, where they are settling into their forever home. In his free time, Brian enjoys exercising, getting together with friends and family, and watching football (GO PATS!)
