Brian McCarty

The Coulee region offers some of the best outdoor recreation activities in Wisconsin along with great schools and healthcare.

At the advice of Mary Pretasky, his ‘Mother-in-law to be”, Brian began his career at Gerrard-Hoeschler in 2012 focusing on residential, multifamily and commercial properties. He currently manages an estimated 30 million dollars of residential and commercial real estate and has been involved in a wide range of transaction representing both buyers and sellers.

Each transaction is unique and requires a different path to get to the closing table. Brian will work with you utilizing the many relationships he has been fortunate to have here in La Crosse.

Brian proudly served on active duty for 11 years in the United States Air Force. He is happily engaged to Jenny Pretasky. They have four wonderful children; a German shepherd named Jax and a 40 pound cat named Lola… and a goldfish named Fred who is 100 years old. Brian is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys boating, fishing and hunting.
