Brian Mygatt

As an Associate Broker at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Boulder, Brian continues to achieve great things for his clients, as well as the industry in general. Brian is a certified Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist, and also serves on the 14-member Board of Directors for Global Luxury, an exclusive Coldwell Banker program marketing luxury homes. He has also ranked among the Top 25 brokers in the Boulder office each of the past ten years, assisting in the sale or purchase of hundreds of properties in that time frame. Brian is Relocation Certified, which provides him with the knowledge and experience needed to assist the employees of companies who are relocating to Colorado. Brian came to Colorado himself when he was just three months old (which makes him as close to being a Colorado native as one can get!). Brian and his wife Jennifer are highly involved with the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association.
