Exceptional Agent Who Goes Above and Beyond
I recently worked with Brian Pastor to sell my condo in Pittsburg, CA while living in San Diego, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I reached out, Brian was incredibly positive and confident—he told me he could probably get it sold within 20 days, and he delivered.

Since I was out of town, Brian handled everything for me. He coordinated and negotiated with contractors for cleaning, repairs, and staging, even paying them upfront so I could simply reimburse him later. His professionalism and initiative took all the stress out of the process.

Before the condo was even officially listed, Brian’s network brought in an offer within just one day. He stayed in constant communication throughout, was always honest and available, and made sure I understood every step. He even advised me against accepting a quick cash offer that wouldn’t have benefited me—showing he truly had my best interests in mind.

I purchased an amazing, beautiful, extremely well maintained inside & out as well as mechanically, vehicle from Brian Pastor. The price of the car was equally as fair! His description of this vehicle along with its pros, and cons, were completely accurate. This vehicle runs excellent with zero mechanical issues! Brian Pastor went far above and beyond what any person would ever need to have done and simply made it so that I, (who greatly needed a good vehicle), would be able to get exactly that and at a price that I was able to afford. Knowing I had no vehicle and therefore no way to get to where he was at in order to look at the car, he without hesitation offered to bring the car all the way to me which was approximately a 2-hour drive away from his location, one way. We met at and completed the transaction at the local police department in the town that I reside in, making certain that at all times the situation was completely safe and I felt as secure as anybody could possibly feel. He changed his day so that I could drive the car as long as I needed to in order to feel assured that I was indeed happy with and comfortable with the purchase I was making. He continued and has still continued to keep in contact with me answering any and all questions I have, as well as making it clear that if I needed to connect with him again, it would be doable. At know time in my almost 67 yrs have I ever been more assured or more certain that I have been extremely well taken care of with my actual needs and my feelings coming first. It is my personal feeling that Brian Pastor is genuinely a good soul, a very good soul. And, in this day and age it is getting more and more difficult to come by sincere, good people. I have also learned that he is a real estate agent. I can without hesitation say this, "if you ever have the chance to do business with Brian Pastor I would recommend you do so without hesitation." He is a fine and honest gentleman. You will be treated with sincerity, honesty and the utmost respect. In my opinion those I can assure you are the simple facts.

In our process of selling our home Brian did several open houses and even BBQing and had a DJ present. I highly recommend Brian Pastor for his services. Brian Pastor was the real estate agent for the seller of a Below Market Rate unit I purchased from another recipient that had the unit since 2006!!! He was very knowledgeable, accessible, patient, and always had a positive attitude. I was grateful that he was able to maintain the seller calm throughout the process, because purchasing BMRs can be an incredible slow and frustrating process. Fortunately this is my area of study and former career, so I was well aware of the rough journey that was ahead of us. It took a long time for the City to draft my contract and for us to be able to find a lender that was willing to work with the City, and the seller understandably grew impatient towards the end. I was frustrated as well (I had to switch lenders towards the end of the process, start over, all while interest rates increased in the process!), but it was all due to the nature of the unit being part of a City affordable housing program and completely out of our control. I am disappointed to see that they left a negative review, since Brian truly did his best considering the situation. Thank you so much Brian for your professionalism, experience with below market rate units, and excellent customer service skills!

Brian was a great professional to work with, we met with Brian at the beginning of the process and there were several outstanding items he recommended that were perfect in making a quick sale once we put our home on the market.
He recommended doing an inspection up front so that we could fix any items that needed taken care of.
He took us to a house that was on the market that was exactly like ours and was staged. Once we saw how great the house looked, we took about half the furniture out of our house. It looked so great we didn’t want to move!

We had one open house and sold our house that weekend, I feel all the pre-work we did thanks to Brian helped in our quick sale. I should mention the open house was the weekend prior to the shutdown. Perfect timing.
I would recommend Brian to everyone if they want a great person to help get your home sold without any hassles.
