Brian Sink

Brian Sink combines the attention to detail he honed for more than a decade as a newspaper editor with a love for houses and hands-on personal service to provide his clients all the help they need when buying or selling a home. Brian has been found in the crawlspace under a house, in line at city offices to hunt down documents, or even on FaceTime with a client half a world away at 4 a.m. if it helped get things done.

Personable and accessible, Brian brings a relaxed but professional approach to his business, with the goal of making what can sometimes be a stressful process enjoyable and worry-free from start to finish. In the business since 2002, he brings a wide range of knowledge and experience that allows him to keep transactions on track and approach problem-solving with creativity. He loves helping first-time home buyers, but is equally adept at bringing new construction to market or selling a million-dollar home.

A resident of the Peregrine neighborhood, in his off-hours, Brian is active in church and enjoys volunteering, teaching his young sons how to throw various kinds of balls, biking and attempting to try as many different restaurants as possible.
