Since my Wife was the one that picked Brian to represent us in selling our house, I did not know what to expect.
After meeting Brian during which we signed for him to represent us, I was pleasantly surprise. He is energetic, intelligent and know his real estate.
I was surprised when he said we should put the house on sale at a much higher price than I had thought that it was worth. And guess what we got what he had told us to list it for.
After he was signed up, I could not believe all the extra things that Brian did for us to get the house ready for sale. He went above and beyond what I had expected from a real estate agent.
I could not recommend anyone more that Brian if you are going to be listing your house for sale or wanting to buy a new home.
