Kim and Brian did an excellent job selling the house. Very knowledgeable about the market and the area. After I had my things finished, they had the house under contract in 2 weeks and sold in 5 weeks. I have sold other homes in the past but this one was the easiest by far thanks to Kim and Brian. 5 stars isn't enough but it's all they will let me give. Thank you so much

Brian and Kimberly are absolutely phenomenal! I was initially introduced to them via Zillow 2 years ago when my fiance and I were thinking about moving to TN- they were wonderful to work with then and kept in touch while we worked through a few different delays in our move. We finally made it out here and got right to work with Brian and Kimberly and they helped us find our perfect home! They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about you and finding you the perfect home- we cannot recommend them enough!

We started this journey as first time homebuyers having absolutely no idea what we were looking for or even where to start. We took a couple tours with different agents and then a friend recommended this amazing couple. They took us in, treated us like family, and absolutely poured their hearts into helping us find exactly what we needed for our family’s beginning.

With so much going on, a little one crawling around and another little one on the way, crazy work schedules and demands, Brian and Kim went above and beyond to accommodate our needs each and every step of the way. Brian and Kim absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. From staying up late to getting up before the sun, they did whatever it took to find our perfect home. Transferring from out of state, we were unable to view several homes, but they videoed them so we could see them. They looked at the homes like a buyer and not just a realtor selling us a house. I can’t tell you how reassuring it was knowing someone was knowledgeable and there to help. When we found our home, they helped coordinate resources and we ended up closing in 2 weeks! Instead of being stressful, we laughed a lot and created a friendship we’re looking forward to continuing!! Thank you, for welcoming us home!
