Brianna Gardner de Beville

Brianna Gardner de Beville is a wife, mother, and second-generation realtor. She has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly and attentive customer care and proven ability to guide clients from start to finish through smooth, stress-free buying and selling experiences. She serves the entire Shoals area and specializes in luxury homes, relocation, and investment properties.

Born and raised in Florence, AL she is not only passionate about the tri-cities, but has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods, school districts, local businesses, and entertainment options. Brianna graduated from our local and acclaimed University of North Alabama, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish. She studied abroad in Spain and Costa Rica, supported her husband’s naval career while stationed in Wilmington, NC and eventually returned to Florence, AL to raise their family. Brianna is vice chair of the Young Professional Committee of Realtors, volunteer member of First Friday of Downtown Florence, a local coordinator for the non-profit organization AYA to assist in bringing foreign exchange students into the Shoals area and enjoys volunteering in various organizations within the community.
