She never tried to sell us a home that's not fit for our family, she assisted us in our purchase and protected us against making a bad investment. We were never rushed and she encouraged us to look until we found our dream home. She uses DocuSign, which is a service that enabled us to electronically sign all documents (except the final Escrow papers that are required by law to be signed in person). This saved us, and everyone else involved in the transaction, a lot of time and travel hassles. Also, when it was time to sign the Escrow papers they used a mobile notary and our lender covered that expense, Bridget made sure of this =). If you are looking for someone who will tailor a search for a property that you will be happy with, someone who will provide you with the latest information on that property, and someone who will represent your best interests in the negotiation and purchase process to the utmost, Bridget comes highly recommended.

Bridget is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, reliable and effective agent we've ever seen. We've bought and sold a few houses in our lives and she is hands down the best we've every worked with. Not only does she know this market and its trends in and out, but has made a professional point to know personally other realtors here. Many realtors simply get their license and try and sell a house here and there. Bridget runs a tight ship who’s work ethic allows her to service a multitude of clients simultaneously, while still giving each the personal attention they need. With as much as we called her, I don’t know how she had for anyone else, but she did. It also goes without saying that her professionalism, courteous nature and enduring patience were wonderful. Our circumstance was such that we needed to sell our house and get into another simultaneously. Bridget is a miracle worker that not only found us solid buyers after our first open house, but was also able to work with the sellers of our new house to get us moved in early, in order to avoid a hotel stay. This was no small task, for those who know. I must also sing praises to her support team. Elite Pacific Properties has the best real estate website I’ve seen in HI. But more importantly, their support to Bridget was professional, timely and never failed to impress. I hope she doesn’t mind, but I also need to mention that Bridget had a baby while working with us and never skipped a beat! The day she had the baby, her office was readily available with answers to questions or to facilitate paperwork. But, Bridget was back on the phone for us immediately afterward. Finally, we got to know Bridget personally and feel we owe her our confidence and friendship. I have to honestly say that there is no reason for anyone to use another realtor on this island. Trust me.
