Above and beyond! Brie was amazing to my family. We had a very difficult situation with a renter not wanting to have the property shown. Brie and her staff were extremely accommodating and patient. She knows her market very well. She recommended a listing price that was $50,000 more that we thought it was worth. And we sold it at the price she recommended. Also she knows the best people to help with anything that may come up. Brie recommended that her team stage my home and take pictures and video of my home last Fall even though I wasn’t listing at that time. The combination of rising housing prices, interest rates and the Marshall fires priced us out of anything that we would want to buy.
