Britt Wohler

After a decade at top NYC real estate firms, Britt Wohler has returned to Vermont to expand Wohler Realty Group. He leads the creation of a commercial real estate division at WRG, holding licenses in both New York and Vermont, leveraging his extensive market knowledge to assist clients.

While in NYC real estate since 2010, he maintained connections with Vermont, collaborating with his family's real estate business. Wohler Realty Group serves the Stratton Mountain Resort community and surrounding towns. Britt facilitated a partnership with Brown Harris Stevens, becoming an official Member of BHS Partnering Worldwide, a global real estate sales platform.

As a valued member of Brown Harris Stevens, Britt handles NYC/BHS real estate alongside his ventures in Vermont. Since joining in 2015, he has been involved in hundreds of closed transactions, totaling over $250 million in sales value. Britt represents buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords and initiated two downtown ground-up construction condominium buildings, providing unique insights into new development. His success is built on professionalism, dedication to clients' needs, and in-depth market knowledge.

Britt began his career at Massey Knakal Realty Services, focusing on the Upper East Side and managing over 220 million dollars in closed sales and 400 million dollars' worth of listings. In 2014, he was recruited by Cushman and Wakefield as a Charter Member of their technology group, specializing in tenant representation in office leasing. This opportunity enhanced his understanding of the next generation of residential buyers in NYC.

Britt attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, where he competed on the Division, I ski team and engaged in various campus organizations and volunteer work. A Stratton Mountain School graduate and accomplished FIS racer, Britt trained internationally and achieved the Vermont Downhill State Championship in 2006. He ranked 12th in the country among competitors in his age group in Giant Slalom in 2008.

Britt has a strong interest in the arts and holds memberships in the Whitney Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and The Museum of the City of New York, where he has served on various committees. During his free time, you can find him golfing at the Dorset Field Club, skiing at Stratton Mountain, or visiting family and friends on Nantucket and in the western United States.
