There are SO many variables when it comes to this question.. but a few traits to have that are important is your ability to hustle, being tenacious, being trustworthy and sincere, and of course your ability to negotiate and your knowledge of the current market.
What is an agent with TONS of knowledge but has none of the actual personality traits I listed above? Hard to work with..
