Hi! I'm Brittany Alvarez. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, I am proud to share my local knowledge and resources with you for a successful transaction! I joined the ranks of the real estate industry in 2015 after spending over 10 years in both the public and private sector.

I am the team leader of the Brittany Alvarez Team and hold associate broker licenses in both NY & CT. I serve on our firm's management team as a company trainer and productivity coach. All new agents who onboard with J Philip get to go through Basic Agent Training with me. Process and systems is the key to success in this industry & I love helping our new licensees prepare themselves!

I have received the 40 Under 40 PCBC Trailblazer Award (2012), Top Producer from Westchester RE Inc (2016-2017), named Rookie of the Year (2015), Person of the Year (2016) & Leadership Award (2018) by J Philip Real Estate. In 2020, I was proudly named the firm's top producer.

I currently reside in Kent, NY with my fiance, Michael, our four children & golden retriever, Molly.
