Brittany is amazing. She came highly recommended with a known penance for getting your house sold before you even list it. Sure enough Brittany had our house sold before we even went live with the listing. The few things I admired most about her was her not being pushy like some realtors get. She laid out everything for me on the table and was like these are your options look them over and pick what suits you. Not demanding that I do this or that. So that was a major plus in my book. She took time out of her day to answer questions I didn't even have about selling our house. So kudos for that. She goes above to make sure you have everything you need. I was packing up my house. Guess what she rolls on in with some boxes and packing tape just in case I needed it. (Honestly saved me so much time not having to head to the store to get more.)

As I was surfing the BHHS website, I noticed there are language selection. I looked at it and I saw the American Sign Language. I clicked it. It showed Brittany as list. I decided to contact her via text/email. When we met in person, I was so happy that she could sign! In my previous experience, all were in written or different ways to communicate. This is an easy task for all of us!! We sign!!! Blessing to have her as BHHS realtor! She helped to “pre-sale” my house and it was sold like 4 days!!
