Brittany was an incredibly hard working and talented realtor. I was a difficult client because I was selling my deceased parents’ house (which needed a lot of work) and did not live near the house. But Brittany never complained about the extra roles she took on, and helped me navigate the process of finding contractors and getting the repairs completed. She was also incredibly supportive emotionally during a very difficult time for me. She also seemed to have a really good relationship with any other realtor who showed the house. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

In a very difficult, competitive market I was denied a home loan, and with rates soaring last Spring(2022) my long-time hope for a country home in North Carolina seemed over. I thought to myself, "at least I tried."
Then I got a phone call from a young lady named Brittany Scott. Someone had shared my story, and Brittany reached out and after talking to me seemed confident that she could get me into my dream home. Just forward everything you sent in to the last realtor and loan company, let us work it out, she asked. I did, and a few weeks later had the keys and title to a home another realtor told me couldn't happen. My story is one of many similar with Miss Scott. I urge you to call her because the right realtor can make an enormous difference.

Brittany is an excellent real estate agent. She took the time to get to know us personally and really listened to our wants/needs. If we couldn't make an appointment, she would do a virtual showing. Brittany was very prompt in getting answers to any questions we had. She kept us up to date and informed through the entire home buying process. We are so appreciative for everything she did for us. We could not have asked for a better agent.

Brittany took the time to listen and learn about our family. By learning what we needed it gave her better insight to filter homes that would best meet our needs. Brittany was very knowledgeable about the tools, forms and task that needed to be completed that made it effortless and worry free on our end. I hope that I have found my forever home but if the day comes were I need to sell or buy Brittany will be my first call. I was an older first time home buyer looking for my forever home. Brittany was so patient and intuitive with me. She was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting her time even if we spent 5 minutes looking. She helped me on weekends and on her vacation. She found my forever home for me and I trusted her input. I got a good home for a good price in a crazy environment. I feel she went above and beyond for me and she always did it with a smile. I feel sure she can do the same for anyone else. It took me 2 years but she never gave up.
