Brittney was a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. She explained everything thoroughly and responded to text messages quickly. Brittney was the perfect balance of "friend" and "business partner". She helped my husband and I through each step of the home selling process and her input ultimately led us to choose the buyer we did. We are so grateful our first home selling experience was with her. I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking and if we end up moving back into the area she will be my first contact for home buying. Thank you again!

Brittney was an amazing realtor and hands down great. We were coming from a different state and not able to look at the houses in person but needed a house before we got to IL. Brittney would FaceTime us and do a walk through, but also did extra stuff me during it like a smell tests, look for little details since I couldn't. If I had questions on anything she would search for the answer for us. With how crazy the market is she was always encouraging, and always made sure we never got discouraged. After we got the house and signed Brittney would randomly check in to make sure things were still OK with the house esp after bad storms. If we were ever to move again I would definitely use her and I recommend her to everyone even family if they moved to this area.
