The amount of homes on the market is down 12% from last year. The largest drop in "inventory" in over a decade. This also brought down the "Days on Market" for available properties. Having a Realtor who is very responsive is key. It is important to see properties early in this Sellers Market. We have studied (and implemented) many ways to write aggressive offers that will beat the competition. You won't receive any sales pressure from me. My goal is to help people find a home they love. THINKING OF SELLING? Last year, we developed a strategy to receive multiple offers in the current market. In 2019, we gave 8 different Sellers the opportunity to choose from multiple offers. Our marketing is extensive. We attempt to "turn over every stone" when looking for the buyer of your home. Including; Open Houses, Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy options, Mailers, Directionals, Arm Sign Holders, Reflective Signs, Brochures of the Property, Social Media Marketing, & much more. In September, Mary Miller joined as my administrative assistant. With 10 years experience as a Realtor and 15 years experience as a Loan Officer, Mary is the perfect compliment to our business and clients.
