Chrissy lives and breathes real estate. Like most things, when she does something she strives to always make it the absolute best experience for her clients. She conducts her business with the utmost sincerity and integrity, while always making sure to add in a splash of fun to her client experience. Working with buyers, sellers, and clients relocating to and from the Columbia Gorge has been one of the most rewarding jobs she's held, which is evidenced by the numerous clients that have become great friends.

Chrissy has been around real estate dealings almost her whole life as her mom was the President of a large construction company growing up in the Seattle Area. Prior to Real Estate and moving to the Columbia Gorge she was heavily involved in Marketing, Advertising and Client Management (driving projects that consisted of TV, digital, and print advertisements across the US) for some Fortune 500 Businesses which include T-Mobile, Nordstrom Corporate, and Alaska Airlines. This definitely provides a rare and unique skill set in investments, negotiations, and marketing that are very beneficial to many of our clients who we do business with.

Brock offers top notch real estate services by delivering thorough, conscientious, and experienced representation for buyers and sellers throughout the Columbia Gorge region in both OR and WA. Brock works full time in real estate and ALWAYS invariably puts his clients’ best interests first with the utmost sincerity and integrity. He is committed to fostering long-term, trusted relationships with his clients and communicates with forthrightness and sincerity. Brock has a “can do” attitude and a knack for finding creative solutions to unique situations sometimes encountered in real estate. Successfully closing hundreds of real estate transactions with an ever-growing list of happy clients.

Brock has a dynamic skill set, but holds a special affinity for numbers and investments. Prior to real estate, Brock had a 10-year career in the investment industry. Most recently he held the title of Vice President & Portfolio Manager for a Seattle-based investment firm with personal fiduciary responsibility for over $1 billion of client assets. Prior to that he was in institutional investment consulting. Brock understands that home ownership typically constitutes the largest asset held by most people and the financial implication of such. He is detail-oriented and takes a cautious, calculated approach in his real estate dealings to ensure the best stewardship of such an important asset.
