Brock is a great agent. Our home search lasted about 7 months and Brock was with us every step of the way. We always wanted to live in La Canada Flintridge and his knowledge of the area is amazing. He also has a lot of connections with agents in La Canada Flintridge. Brock showed us a lot of properties and he always made time for us for showings. With Brock, we had an agent that was always looking out for us. He was very honest pointing out benefits and shortcomings of homes he showed us. We were really close on two other properties and Brock was really comforting when it didn't work out. He was always optimistic and told us we would eventually get our dream home. That's exactly what happened! I definitely recommend Brock to anyone looking for an agent.

In pursuing if this might be a good fit for myself, I realized he was an even better fit as a realtor, quickly discovering he was an exceptional professional and incredible person. While that deal didn't work out, we stayed in touch, and he eventually found a property that was the perfect fit for me. Brock and his team came highly recommended, but we had been burned by great referrals before - so we were a little skeptical - at first. Boy, were we happily surprised and impressed! Real estate transactions can be wild and you need a serious professional to deliver results. The blueprint group went so far above and beyond for us during our transaction that we were stunned.

Communication was excellent, never any surprises or turbulence that we didn’t see coming. The best thing I could say about this team: we have now recommended their services to our closest friends.
