We searched through several potential agents and decided to work with Joshua Kirsch. It has been an amazing experience. Extremely helpful. Josh has went above and beyond what is expected. Literally had him climbing through underbrush mud and sticker bushes looking at properties. Not once did he complain. We found a property we wanted and he was on it in minutes. We met him at the property within an hour of posting and set a pre-inspection the next day. The whole experience has been wonderful even in this crazy market. He was not only personable, easy to talk to, and more like a friend showing us around than someone trying to sell us something, he was also incredibly willing to go above-and-beyond for us. This includes getting the previous owners to pay for a fix that got missed prior to the sale that they had no obligation for. My mom has used Brody to buy 2 houses, 1 lot and sell 2 houses. She is always pleased with his professionalism and friendliness. The office staff is incredible too. The pictures that they take for posting are outstanding and look so professional. Some of the best I've seen. They houses have always been listed when he said they would be, sign up by when he said, and lots of online site postings. The last house she sold sold in 22 hours above asking price. If I was in the position to buy property I would definitely use Brody. Highly recommend him. This is the picture of the house my mom recently built on the lot Brody sold her. He found an awesome lot for us to build our house. Beautiful site in Sequim. Close enough that we can get to where we need to be, yet far enough for relaxing. (Yes. I live with her).

I had a very unique property to sell to pay for my two kids college, and, a short timeframe as I worked out a forbearance plan with my bank to pause my mortgage payment. I chose Brody Broker when a friend (and past client) told me about him and said he’s the best in Sequim. Brody’s expertise, advice and marketing strategy was right on the money. He suggested the potential buyer would want to live in the middle unit and rent the other two. I vacated the middle unit and that’s where the new buyer is living.

Brody and his team were awesome and sold my triplex, which I thought had about a 25% chance of being sold in the timeframe I needed. Cheers to Brody and his team from a 100% satisfied customer!

Brody has worked with us as both a buyer's agent and listing agent. In 2006 he rescued us from a failed and lengthy FSBO attempt, and in the end, saved us a substantial amount of money. Always keenly aware of the local market, Brody assured us we had our home significantly undervalued. We raised the price but kept it a bit under Brody's suggested top price as we were in a slowing market and anxious to sell. Within a week of Brody's listing, we had a contract at full asking price, and the quick sale we were longing for. In 2009 we returned to Sequim, this time enlisting Brody's help in finding a new home. We spent several months looking at many homes (we are hard to please), and Brody seemed to understand long before we were willing to, that what we needed was to find a good lot, and build our own home...we are now happily settled in our new house that is just as we wanted it to be...and ideally situated right next to the Olympic Discovery Trail...hooray! Brody did a great job for us in both cases, and as far as we are concerned he is the Go-To guy for real estate in this town. He is knowledgeable, personable, a good negotiator, and a great advocate for this beautiful place we call home. As a new resident of Sequim it helped to meet Brody in our process of purchasing. Brody helped us with a piece of land that we are in process of building our home and he was excellent throughout the process. He provided great information about the neighborhood, HOA's, water access and all of the other important factors related to the land. Not only was he helpful in the purchasing of the land he also had many great referrals and points of consideration for us finding our current builder. Since we have worked with brody in February we've referred two families to him and he has helped sell one Sequim property and is in process of finding the other couple a great Sequim home. In 2005 we were referred to Brody Broker by Sandy, a previous client of his. We immediately felt comfortable with him and were impressed with his explanation of the various areas, costs, growth, advantages and disadvantages. We continued to make exploratory trips to Sequim from another state and Brody spent many hours with us driving us around to every area, nook and cranny in Sequim constantly talking about the pros and cons of each place.
