Brooke brings her successful NEPA-based real estate practice to Lewith & Freeman Real Estate which includes an impressive over $20M book of business accomplished through professional client representation in over 100 transactions. Brooke specializes in residential real estate sales in the Back Mountain Valley Area, Forty Fort, Kingston, Swoyersville, Wyoming, and Mountain Top, but will travel to work with clients in any of the surrounding areas. She focuses her attention on working with sellers and buyers (especially first-time homebuyers). Brooke’s specific niche is listings. She is proficient at determining the appropriate and competitive price, excels at extensive and strategic marketing of the listing and demonstrates superior negotiation skills during the offer phase…all done to ensure the best financial outcome for the seller.

Brooke is a NEPA native who relocated to the Back Mountain area over seven years ago and loves the community because of its family-oriented focus, friendly people, and breathtaking scenic views. She is very active in the community and volunteers her time with the Back Mountain Chamber, Dallas PTO, Safe, Back Mountain Moms and BNI Valley Chapter. Brooke lives in Dallas with her husband, two amazing sons, two dogs and lots of chickens. When Brooke isn’t focused on her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying nature, interior design, and riding on the Harley.
