About Brooke
Brooke Stremler grew up with her dad being one of the top real estate agents in Whatcom County. He shared his love of the business with her and now they work as a team sharing this passion together.
Brooke Stremler’s passion is helping others obtain their real estate goals and dreams. No matter if you are buying or selling, Brooke Stremler is dedicated to representing you in the highest manner. You can be assured that you will have a solid negotiator on your side. Brooke Stremler will listen to your needs and will be in touch with you weekly. She will walk you through the buying or selling process and make it as seamless as possible.
Brooke Stremler was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest just south of Lynden on a five-acre piece of Heaven with both woods, pastureland, and views of Mt. Baker. When she got married, Brooke Stremler moved to an area known as Clearbrook, a town that is no longer - located between Everson and Sumas, known at one time as a logging community. For the past 20 years, that's where Brooke Stremler has resided, raising her family on a ten-acre horse farm, and enjoying the mountain and rolling hill pastureland views. Brooke Stremler has a love of the land and farming. One of her passions played out in real estate is helping clients buy and sell horse property.
There is no place Brooke Stremler would rather call home than Whatcom County. It is beauty surrounds from every side - mountains and lakes, ocean and tides, farmland, and woods! There is so much that the little corner of the world features.
Before real estate, Brooke Stremler chased a passion of hers by attending the Kentucky Equine Institute in Lexington, KY, where she focused on Equine science and stable management. Upon Brooke Stremler’s return to Whatcom County, she went into office management part-time while raising a family and managing her own farm. Horses have always been a part of her life. She has been involved in many facets of horsemanship over the years, including 4H, breeding, western games, and trail. To Brooke Stremler, it is very fulfilling to collaborate with other horse owners in the purchase or sale of their property!
In 2006, Brooke Stremler obtained her real estate license. Brooke Stremler worked as a licensed assistant for a few years, then went to work for Nooksack Valley School District as a para educator for a time. Brooke Stremler is happy to be back doing real estate. She enjoys helping clients achieve their real estate goals!
When Brooke Stremler is not in the office or out selling real estate, you will find her spending time with her kids, grandkids, or "adopted" kids, working in her yard, out riding horse, or giving other lessons, catching up with friends, church activities, volunteering with Rebound of Whatcom County or at her kid's ball games!

Brooke is very dedicated and passionate about what she does. She is one to go above and beyond the role of a realtor to provide you with the best experience possible. This goes with selling or the purchase of your new home. She assisted in the purchasing of a new family home for me and my parents. She was determined to find the best house possible on the market that checked all the box of what we were looking for. I highly recommend working with Brooke.

We thought that she was fair, honest, and would definitely use her again when we need a real estate agent.
